SOUPS

  1. Carrot and Coconut Soup:  Coconut broth with pureed carrots, fresh herbs and pepper, finished with coconut cream, topped with basil.
  2. Tuscan Onion Soup:  Caramelized onions in a broth soup, infused with red wine, fresh herbs, topped with melted bocconcini cheese.
  3. Spicy Squash Soup: Squash pureed with spices and herbs, finished with almonds and fruit.
  4. Shrimp or Lobster Bisque Soup:  A classic French soup thickened with a light cream.
  5. Chilled Melon and Basil Soup: A refreshing starter with pureed watermelon, honeydew, white wine, and basil.
  6. Asparagus and Cheddar Soup: Pureed asparagus infused with herbs and topped with cream and cheddar cheese.
  7. Vegetable Soup: Vegetable broth with carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes, topped with sour cream.
  8. Asian Vegetable Soup: Vegetable stock, rice noodles, tofu, Portobello mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, roasted corn, low sodium soy sauce.
  9. Spicy Thai Soup: Spicy Thai stock, rice noodles, mushrooms, celery, carrots, red onions, diced tomatoes with a red chili paste. 
  10. Roasted Artichoke Soup: Artichokes, wild mushrooms, and fresh herbs, in a vegetable broth, topped with rosemary.

SALADS

  1. Thai Salad: Cabbage, julienne cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, crispy noodles, wontons, mixed nuts, edamame, and peanut dressing.
  2. Crunchy Spinach Salad: Tender baby spinach leaves tossed with toasted almonds, mandarin oranges, red onions, and feta cheese in citrus vinaigrette. 
  3. Fresh Fruit Plate: Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, strawberries, pineapple, watermelon and kiwi.  Served with cottage cheese or yogurt. 
  4. Asian Fruit and Pepper Salad: Julienne mango, red, green and yellow pepper, apple, cucumber, and strawberries in honey balsamic vinaigrette.   
  5. Spinach and Mixed Berry Salad: Baby spinach, radicchio, fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, topped with goat cheese, pecans and citrus vinaigrette.
  6. Mango Salsa Salad: Baby mixed greens, dried cranberries, mango, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, avocados, with tangerine vinaigrette.
  7. Fig Salad: Mixed baby greens, figs, oranges, strawberries, walnuts, topped with goat cheese and a fig vinaigrette dressing. 
  8. House Salad:  Pears, mango, strawberries, oranges, red pepper, tomatoes and cucumber with strawberry vinaigrette.

APPETIZERS

  1. Steamed Mussels: Mussels steamed in a fire roasted tomato sauce with fresh herbs and julienne vegetables.  Served with garlic bread. 
  2. Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp: Black tiger shrimp, marinated in a lemon-garlic aioli.  Served in a martini glass with baby greens, chilled ice and cranberry cocktail sauce.
  3. Thai Lettuce Wrap: Create your own.  Strips of carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber, red and green pepper and Thai noodles.  Topped with peanut or sesame sauce.
  4. Rice Paper Rolls: A vegetarian roll with julienne carrots, cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, mango, sautéed shiitake mushrooms and a sweet chili dipping sauce.
  5. Coconut Shrimp:  Butterfly shrimp dipped in a mild coconut batter rolled in coconut flakes.  Served with pineapple salsa.
  6. Vegetable Spring Roll: A colorful mixture of avocado, sundried tomatoes, onions and peppers, sesame oil, and ginger.  
  7. Assorted Tortilla Rolls: Mini flour tortillas with assorted fillings.  Smoked salmon, green onions and cream cheese.  Sautéed spinach with garlic, feta, almonds, sundried tomatoes and cream cheese.  Roasted red peppers, zucchini, and eggplant and pesto cream cheese.
  8. Artichoke and Smoked Salmon Dip: Served with fresh French bread.
  9. Grilled Organic Veggie Plate: Green zucchini, red and yellow pepper, eggplant with olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil. 
  10. Mosaic Dip: Diced organic vegetables reduced with basil, olive oil, garlic and pepper topped with baked goat cheese.  Served with naan bread.

ENTREES

  1. Signature Spicy Thai Curry: Poached in coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass and spicy red curry paste, served with Asian vegetables and basmati rice.  Choose sliced chicken breast or shrimp. 
  2. Grilled Salmon:  Grilled salmon fillet topped with toasted mixed nuts and maple syrup glaze served with roasted red pepper, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes and carrots in olive oil, basil, rosemary, salt, garlic. 
  3. Signature Stuffed Chicken with Seafood: Oven-roasted chicken breast stuffed with shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, and spices.  Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 
  4. Beef Tenderloin with Baby Bok Choy: Tender strips of sterling AAA beef sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and tossed with red wine sauce.  Served on a bed of steamed baby bok choy, fresh julienne vegetables and brown basmati rice.
  5. Pork Tenderloin:  Baked pork tenderloin in a fresh apple sauce with onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.  Served with steamed carrots and red pepper.
  6. Seared Lamb: Freshly seared lamb in a mustard-herb crust.  Served with basmati rice and spicy apple. 
  7. Pan Roasted Sole: Freshly seasoned sole with lemon chive sauce and garlic.  Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  8. Fresh home-made Ravioli: Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese topped with your choice of a cream or tomato sauce.
  9. Roasted Eggplant: Eggplant stuffed with tofu, garlic, herbs, brie, in a marinara sauce topped with parmesan cheese.
  10. Home-made Cannelloni: Wild mushroom, peppers, goat cheese, fresh herbs drizzled with tomato or cream sauce.
